iPhone / iPad: Open the hosted app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Android: Open the hosted app in Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home Screen from the menu.
Desktop: In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon in the address bar. In Safari on Mac, choose File → Add to Dock.
Installation needs HTTPS or localhost. Browser support varies. PDF files and reading positions stay on each device.
On your Mac, open System Settings → Accessibility → Read & Speak (Spoken Content on older macOS) → System voice → manage voices. Preview and download an Enhanced or Premium voice, then reload the reader.
The Mac app connects directly to Apple’s speech engine and labels each voice’s quality. The website uses the voices available to your browser.
